1-on-1 Personal Training

These classes will offer a different element whether it be kettle bells, TRX, medicine balls or even going outdoors. Require a minimum of five people.
Team Athletic Training (On- & Off-Site)
Team sessions provided to help improve strength and conditioning. Offered to athletes at all levels from beginners to collegiate and professional athletes.
Group Athletic Training
Individual or small groups sessions provided to help improve strength and conditioning. For all levels from beginners to collegiate and professional athletes.
Overall health and wellness assessment.Height, Weight, BMI, Body fat %, Circumference, Dexa scan, Agility testing will all be measured.
Customized sessions, combining fitness needs in a group and team environment.
Strengthen the body, build endurance, and burn calories in a team environment.
Young athletes will develop explosive power and increase vertical jump, strength, flexibility and speed, while decreasing the risk of injury.
