I started training clients in 2014, however fitness has always been a part of my life. Growing up I did track for many years, working out has always been a release and escape from the world. Being a domestic abuse survivor inspires me to train women. I always want to make women feel strong and confident not just physically but mentally as well. As a mother of three it is important to stay healthy and teach my daughters to maintain a healthy lifestyle and become strong women.
