WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING DO WE OFFER?
At our gym, we offer a variety of training programs tailored to your fitness goals, including functional fitness, athletic training, strength training, women's health, weight loss, and powerlifting. Our experienced trainers collaborate with you to design personalized programs, ensuring a safe and effective fitness journey.
What is our availability and scheduling flexibility?
We offer a variety of group fitness classes Monday through Saturday, with schedules varying daily and times ranging from 5:00 AM to 6:30 PM. For personal training, sessions are available any day between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We work closely with each client to arrange sessions at times that best fit their individual schedules, pairing them with trainers available during those periods.
How do you track and measure progress?
We tailor our progress tracking to your specific fitness goals, utilizing methods such as recording body measurements (e.g., weight and waist circumference), assessing strength improvements through performance metrics, and capturing progress photos at regular intervals.
